British actor Himesh Patel has lent his support to a new campaign for Save the Children, narrating an animated film highlighting the continued poverty children and families face during the summer holidays.

Patel commented 'As a father of two young girls, their health and happiness are the most important things to me. I wanted to support Save the Children's summer holiday campaign to help draw attention to the number of children that will be going without food or activities this summer'.
